Sclerotherapy involves the injection of a chemical into superficial spider veins found on the upper or lower legs. This chemical causes the veins to collapse, and they are then removed naturally by the body. A client undergoing sclerotherapy must be willing to wear compression stockings as directed by our staff, usually for a total of two weeks following treatment. Although some individuals may need only one treatment, clients with more widespread spider veins will often require multiple sessions.
